What We Do

Diagnostic

Our diagnostic offer helps you gain a deeper understanding of your services, including identifying potential gaps and areas for improvement. It goes beyond standard compliance checks to uncover the root causes of challenges and provides clear, actionable insights to support meaningful and sustainable improvement.

CQC Preparedness

We support organisations to actively prepare for CQC and other regulatory frameworks. This includes conducting readiness assessments, reviewing documentation and evidence, and coaching teams to feel prepared, confident and equipped to navigate the assessment process.

Recovery

Where an organisation has quality and performance challenges, we provide guidance and support to design and develop a robust recovery process. This can include helping with immediate responses, supporting the delivery of actions, and embedding systems to maintain quality over time.

Improvement & Change

We work in true partnership with your teams, providing practical support to design sustainable, measurable improvements that genuinely work for you and your teams. Together, we align these improvements with your organisation’s long-term priorities, including the NHS Long-Term Plan, and implement Quality Management Systems to ensure changes are consistently delivered and effectively monitored.

Governance

We support organisations to develop clear structures, frameworks and pathways that provide the right level of assurance. Through robust Quality Management Systems, we help ensure governance is practical, proportionate and provides robust assurance.

Digital & Systems

Supporting organisations to assess, source, implement, and optimise digital systems. This includes identifying new tools and exploring opportunities for process improvement and optimisation, including the use of AI. We ensure these tools are used in a safe and effective way.

Service & Pathway Design

We design key quality and safety pathways and protocols, and work to integrate them with governance and accountability structures. Our work focuses on creating arrangements that function smoothly and support sustainable improvements.

Policies, Procedures & Protocols

We help to review, refine and draft policies, and procedures, all within robust policy schedule frameworks. We ensure all refinements reflect changes in national and local legislation and guidance, system developments, and organisational priorities.

Our Track Record

Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

We supported NSFT, a large mental health Trust, for over three years through a range of quality and improvement projects. Our work helped the Trust move out of special measures, implement large-scale improvements, and embed Trust-wide assurance and improvement functions. These efforts contributed to improved CQC ratings and strengthened the Trust’s overall approach to quality and performance.

Psychiatry UK

We supported a private digital mental health provider over a sustained period to move from Requires Improvement to Good. Our work included a full diagnostic to identify improvement priorities, implementing new systems, designing clinical pathways, and preparing the service for its upcoming CQC inspection. These projects directly contributed to improved CQC outcomes and strengthened the provider’s overall quality and governance approach.

Livewell CIC

We partnered with a Community Interest Company in the Southwest to design and mobilise a new contract operating model. We also led a targeted improvement programme across their five GP practices, strengthening governance, enhancing quality, and driving a more consistent patient experience.
