Baxendale is a specialist management consultancy that exists to solve important societal problems in a way that creates positive economic, social and environmental impact.
Our largest market is working with health providers operating across acute, community and primary care – from NHS Trusts to social enterprises delivering NHS contracts. We support partnerships with social care and social housing providers. We have helped our clients win almost £1bn of care contracts in the last five years, and undertake significant organisational and cultural transformation.
In addition, our fast-growing public sector practice works across central and local government. We are on the main framework for management consultancy services and provide end-to-end advisory services from policy design to business case development, change management and implementation. We have deep specialism in supporting services explore and transition to new delivery models e.g. public service mutuals.

As a Manager in our business you will be primarily responsible for hands on delivery with our clients and helping to drive our ambitious growth strategy.

Pay: £45,000 starting salary plus benefits and profit share, relevant experience taken into account
