The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) wants to hear your views on how public service mutuals should be defined. This is an opportunity for those involved in public service delivery to reflect on how a robust definition can unite staff-led service providers.

Anyone interested in public service delivery. DCMS particularly want to hear from: commissioners and delivery organisations, staff, users and communities, and representative industry bodies.
