Philip Baxendale is Founder of Baxi Partnership Ltd. Philip, along with his cousin Joan Castleton, converted his family owned business The Baxi Heating Company to employee ownership. Philip's vision for Baxi Partnership Ltd is to "Build strong companies in employee ownership, that are professionally managed, and work with a culture of partnership"
