Care Plus Group: Serving its community
Care Plus Group had identified key services and contracts, and in April 2013 we were asked to develop CPG’s contract readiness capability, both in the short and medium term, to enable it to successfully grow its business, and provide a wider range of services to the communities it serves.
We provided immediate bid support in a number of areas to build CPG’s capacity, providing: market analysis and stakeholder engagement plans, financial modelling support and bid writing support. To most effectively prepare CPG for further bids, we also process mapped key services, put in place processes to facilitate bid assessment and built a bid process management framework. In the 18 months up to June 2015 this resulted in us supporting CPG to secure a new contract in Drug and Alcohol services worth £4.5m, with more bids in the pipeline.
